Door Trim Related SPM:
We are also into the design & manufacture of Special purpose machineries for Punching holes, slots & intricate profiles on injection moulded door trims and other car interior parts. We have also experienced in heat stacking SPM’s for such parts. We have developed such machines to TAPS, Pune & Varroc Engg Aurangabad. We are specialized in combining various operations in our SPM’s thereby reducing manpower involvement & improve productivity. Our strength in tooling has been transformed to our success in SPM’s.

Bracket Tooling:
We design & manufacture all stage tooling required for developing Brackets & other sheet metal components which will be in regular production with us.

Fixtures:
We also design and manufacture robot arm Fixtures, Welding fixtures, Jigs & Receiver gauges as per customer requirement.
